Doug Ashby is well known as a deep blues scholar among fellow musicians and radio programmers, and is the WDIY 88.1 FM Program Host of “Roots After Hours” – Tuesdays, from 11 pm –  1 am. When he is not on WDIY, he is singing and playing guitar in the Lehigh Valley-based band Tavern Tan.
