Touchstone Theatre’s Festival UnBound in partnership with Godfrey Daniels presents a John Gorka residency, including three events on Godfrey’s stage:

September 29, 7pm – Singer-songwriter John Gorka returns to his home stage at Godfrey’s to perform new and old favorites.
• September 30, 8pm – Razzy Dazzy Spasm Band Reunion – Formed during their time at Moravian University as students in the late 70s, this folk band fan-favorite reunites at local listening room Godfrey Daniels: John Gorka, Doug Anderson, Russ Rentler, and Alex Radus
• October 1, 1pm – Singer-songwriters John Gorka and Anne Hills lead a workshop minded towards crafting songs that create a sense of place for the listener and writer.

Called “the preeminent male singer-songwriter of the New Folk Movement” by Rolling Stone magazine – John Gorka returns to his home stage at Godfrey Daniels to play new and old favorites. Known for his social commentary, pithy asides, and rich baritone, Gorka’s early songs include references to the Starlight Drive-In Movie Theater, south side Bethlehem biker bars and florist shops, and what it means to grow up in New Jersey. Get your tickets early— we expect this concert will sell out!
